Ward Williston Oil Company has named John W. Annal as the firms new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Annal will continue to assist the company in providing solid financial stability as the company moves forward.
Laurie Cunnington, the Company’s President, stated, we believe John brings to our company the expertise in the financial arena that will help move the company into the next phase of growth. John brings to our firm his abilities and expertise of working for publicly traded companies as well as privately held corporations. His background in working with public accounting firms will assist our company as we complete our growth mode.
Mr. Annal earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Wayne State University. John is also a licensed CPA with experience in both public and private accounting.
