2008 THIS IS OUR YEAR!

I believe this is our year – 2008!
I am personally pleased with the growth of our company. We are starting the New Year in a sound financial position. Our exploration and development plans are underway and we will begin to see the results of our hard work by the middle of the year. We are growing the company through the drillbit as well as our service operations; this strategy will continue to be successful.
E&P in Review:
• We increased our average oil production by 18% in 2007
• We purchased additional fields with tremendous upside potential through secondary recovery,
rework and infill drilling. These added properties will increase our production substantially.
• We continued our efforts to automate nearly all of our wells with pump off controllers.
Our service area is accelerating as we are adding new equipment and launching new services. We have increased our rig count and I believe we will have one of the largest fleet of rigs in our area. Our crews are experienced, professional and dedicated, providing our customers with the highest level of expertise in the state. I feel this is what is giving us an edge over our competitors. We can serve our customers with a broad range of products and services.
Overall, we are excited about the New Year and as always it is our people that make it possible. So once again, let me personally thank each of you for your hard work, your commitment to excellence and your belief that we can make this one outstanding company as we work together. I appreciate you.
