Ward Williston is engaged in the acquisition, development, exploration and production of oil. Our history of drilling the second producing well in North Dakota over 50 years ago, places us as a pioneer in the North Dakota oil industry.
We have been producing since 1952 and have an aggressive exploration and production plan for the coming years. We are continuing to increase our proved reserves and production through acquisitions and the drill bit.
We are currently developing a waterflood project in the Mouse River Park field. This project is currently in the fill up stage and will begin producing in late 2007.
We have set a goal of adding substantial reserves to our present base. Included in the program are several wildcats which, although they entail higher risk, have a higher potential reward, infill and step-out drilling prospects. In addition, we continue to review new prospects and acquisitions.
