Health Insurance:
Medical insurance is available to regular full-time employees and their families after ninety days of employment. The company pays 100% of the monthly premium for hourly and salaried employees, his or her spouse and dependent children.
Life Insurance:
Life insurance is available to regular full-time employees after ninety days of employment. The company pays 50% of the monthly premium for hourly and salaried employees.
Simple IRA:
A Simple IRA retirement plan is available for all employees who have worked for the company for one year. The company participates by matching the employee's contribution up to three percent of the employee's wages.
Vacation:
Regular full-time employees earn paid vacation based on number of years worked for the company. Paid vacation tier levels start at two weeks per year and go up to four weeks paid vacation per year for employees who have been employed by the company for more than 15 years.
Holidays:
The company provides six paid holidays per year. This will be subject to change due to the calendar year.
Voluntary Insurance:
Voluntary insurance is available to regular full-time employees and their families. The employee is responsible for 100% of the monthly premium. The voluntary insurance programs offered include dental, vision, etc. |
